Enzon Media provides business systems and software development services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

Custom website design and development
Business automation and workflow systems

Client Work and Deliverables

For custom development projects, intellectual property rights to deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project.

Payment Terms

Payment terms for services are outlined in individual proposals and contracts. Unless otherwise specified:

Deposits may be required before work begins
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur additional fees
Work may be paused for overdue accounts

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enzon Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Enzon Media and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
